Rusu+Borțun agency, which joined the collective campaign ” We love the same”, carried out by MozaiQ Association in 2023, was invited to talk about the work on this brief during the Unicors@Work conference, at the Cervantes Institute.

Together with the other guests she spoke with on stage (Dan Stănescu from Glitch, Șerban Alexandrescu from Headvertising, Cristina Petcu from GRF+, Dorian Ilie from Forever Summer and Ruxandra Muntean from Next Advertising), Lucia also had the opportunity to contribute to an activity with the participants, where teams had to come up with solutions to various problems faced by the LGBTQ community in Romania.
